Cpl. Walter Brown No.40655 served with the 12th Battalion West Yorkshire Regt was killed in action on the 24th September 1917. He is remembered on panel no. 43 in the Tyne Cot Memorial Belgium.
William Richard Brown no 74918 served with the Royal Garrison Artillery. Gunner W R Brown is remembered in the Maple Leaf Cemetery, France. He was 24 years old.
