What a weekend! The team have had a fantastic time celebrating the history of S. Mary and S. Anne, we’ve really enjoyed your company and hearing your stories. The feedback we’ve received has been truly overwhelming!
Now we’re all packed away, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who joined us and for all your donations – whether it be money or photos. It all helps to preserve our village history for future generations.
We’re also extremely grateful to the Friel family for opening the gates to the school and for making this event possible – it was a privilege for us to be within the school once more to reminisce about what once was – thank you!
Lastly, a special thanks to Dave for your help and patience and to our wonderful volunteers for your hard work on the day and beforehand helping to get the Chapel ready – your dedication and time is greatly appreciated.
