Pte George Preedy killed in action on the 25th March 1918 age 22George was born in Drayton Bassett in 1895 to Joseph and Maria Preedy.
George served with the 18th Queen Mary’s Own Hussars who disembarked in France in October 1915.
His older brother Charles lost his life in 1915. Pte George Preedy is Remembered with Honour at Pozieres Memorial France.
